ActApart from taking the required or needed action, ACT also imply moving forward, to operate, perform, take the necessary steps, doing things, accomplish something, achieve objectives and goals, doing tasks, execute instructions, undertake a project, …etc. is the forerunner for achieving any success in life and obtain productive interaction results - through SMART actions and a SMARTER habits - ACT is an abbreviation that represents the synchronized and symbiotic believes and attitudes necessary for taking appropriate action. ACT - in essence - implies the following…

  • Acknowledge your feelings and distinguish the factsFOR EXAMPLE… “I am feeling frustrated”, “I feel disappointed” and “It is just the way it is: S/he isn't interacting or communication in an acceptable manner”, refrain from presumptions such as s/he is unwilling or unable to interact in healthy ways (see interaction hurdle 2 for a more detailed explanation). of the situation, event or circumstance to address challenges successfully.
  • Consider your available options and extent your choices by broadening the rangeFOR EXAMPLE… make more friends, take a class, exercise, read a book, get a hobby, become involved in community activities and/or extent your professional network. of your current activities (i.e to search for and identify new possibilities and feasible alternatives).
  • Take strategic and constructive actions (i.e. do it…NOW!) in a SMART way to ACT SMARTER, which will allow you to productively raise your performance bar significantly.

To ACT smart-ly, implies to confront or deal with personal issues and/or problems in a timely and proactive manner, and not to waste unnecessary effort and energy by carrying unresolved burdens around. Thus, to effectively manage your kaleidescope of emotions and feelings.
