All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dream with open eyes, to make it possible. ~ Thomas Edward Lawrence

PLP is the abbreviation for a Personal Learning Plan implying a series of short to medium term action steps, which is derived from the long term goal indicated by a personalized CPD and mainly populated from a formulated mission statement as directed by an authentic vision statement.

A PLP differs from a LDP and subsequent CPD in that it is the hub around which self-monitoring activities are centered and it mainly drives a continuous self-evaluation and self-correction - if and when necessary - cycle (i.e. the core of review, feedback and possible discussion sessions), that often could result in smart actions and smarter habits.
