Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life, as by the obstacles that one has overcome while trying to succeed. ~ Bookert T. Washington

Psyche Management focus on how efficiently we can deal or cope with our own feelings and emotions (popularly known as emotional maturity or EQ) to effectively deal with or handle the many up's and down's of everyday life. Psyche management guides, directs and control our emotion, our willpower and the power of our minds or our mental powers (termed our conative power).

Psyche management lies at the very root when applying coping skills, which is primarily focused on higher-self attributes and the honest and true nature of our spirituality and the spiritual self.

The two most important truths - frequently surfacing in many ancient documents and “holy” scriptures throughout human history - and the foundation of psyche management, are…

  1. Our own words have more power to affect us than anybody else. Ultimately it's not what others say that counts in the end; it's what we say to ourselves, after others get through talking! We always have the last word. Well… actually the last thought. Especially at night, when we are lying alone in bed awaiting the evasive bliss of a peaceful sleep.
  2. We'll never enjoy what our Divine Creator has install for us in the future, while we're still living in the past. To enter the “promised utopia” (the higher self), we must first leave the wilderness (the lower self). Thus, humbly come into accord with the Almighty Creator of the universe and begin to say and repeat to ourselves what He says about us.

This is no trivial matter. What we say from the time we get up in the morning, until we go to bed at night… not only influences our day, it influences our entire outlook and direction of our lives. In other words… get in harmony with the Creator. We are His reflection on this planet; so we must be extremely mindful of our thoughts and be very, very careful what we allow to come out of our mouths. Fault-finding, being judgemental and negativity destroys and tears down; but compassion and faith-filled words opens the door for the many blessings that all of creation has to offer and evoke loving hope for “drowning hearts”.

Psyche management targets and focus on the following areas of our umwelt

  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Management: Many of the tasks we face each day in both our personal and professional lives are quite complex in nature. The skills of problem identification (observation and listening), to research solutionsTo seek alternatives, determine options, identify possibilities and estimate probabilities and take productive and efficient decisions To validate, prioritize and execute… thus, to ACT! require not only some technical skills, but also contextual and specialized knowledge.
  • Career/Life Management: Today, many aspects and plenty of rapid changes… confuse, restrict or blur our future horizon and our outlook on life becomes pessimisticA view on life deprived of dreams, vision, meaning, purpose, aspiration and value. Which - in modern day terms - is collectively regarded as being of sound mind, mature, responsible and realistic. , because modern day perceptions are capitalistic drivenThe only things that really matter in life is profits, processes, predefined deadlines and price tags and are dreamer unfriendly. To re-establish a focus (destiny, meaning and purpose) in life, to regain control over one’s life (i.e. to re-evoke already existing self-empowerment principles)… the primary aim is to actively start daydreaming again and becomes a believer in your own hopes and expectations.
Psyche Management isn't a once off process, it is continuous life-long quest consistently moving from one aha-erlebnis experience to the next.
  • Interaction Management: Almost all events, situations and circumstances require that more than one person is needed to deal with problems, and productive solutions depend on how efficiently people interact with one another. The success of solving a modern day dilemma, is primarily determined by how harmoniously we can work together (i.e. cooperate and co-create), when seeking a solution to a problem at hand.
  • Computer/Technological Management: A background and understanding of how to harness the power of technology if meeting the specific needs of a particular situation or event, can dramatically increase efficiency when dealing with day to day demands.
  • Learning/Teaching/Training Management: Our modern society develops, generates, collects and publishes more new dataInformation, ideas and different points of view. in a day, than our ancestors did in a century. Therefore the principles of life long learning, learning through implementation and cooperative learning should form the very foundation on which all educational activitiesLearning - not modern dogmatic education - which essentially is mastering, understanding and insight. should be based.
  • Reading, Science and Numeric Management: Today, basic competencies are much more important than a few years ago. Once we lack some basic reading, science (social and natural) and numeric competencies and/or understanding, we would be unable to function efficiently in modern times, or at the very least find it awfully difficult to adhere to modern day need and requirements (i.e. becoming a generalist-specialist).
  • Survival & Prosperity Management: With people enjoying a longer life span, more comfort and time saving devices; it's essential today to carefully plan our future life strategy to ensure a comfortable life and eventual retirementRetirement no longer implies stop contributing (i.e. seize to work), it merely indicate delegation and the toning down of work related activities. . When this is not done purposefully and continuously, we could - quite easily - end-up in a futile rat race, storming through life from one crisis to the next.
  • Information Management: In the age of information, humans now produce information as the basis of our economic system and individuals who possess the ability to manage information effectively, are essential to most situations, events, jobs and businesses. We need the competency to collect, monitor, evaluate, process, digest and assimilate information efficiently in order to reach a suitable conclusion relevant for the particular circumstances and in context of the environment. Thus, the concept of modern day productivity has drastically changed from “produce plenty in the shortest possible time” to “collecting data, prioritize, decide and respond in the shortest possible time”.
  • Cultural Management: Today we depend upon many nations for cooperation, raw materials, expertise and goods, as well as the global markets for our own goods and services. The ability to deal with, understand (i.e. essentially speaking their language) and respect the rich variety of human cultures, gives us the ability to interact with people in a variety of situation more successfullyNB… starting in our own country, is frequently more effective and productive than focusing on another country. .
  • Business Management: Understanding of how to run our lives and a successful company (e.g. independent business units) is highly recommended. At the core of these skills is the ability to manage time, people, systems, resources, finances, to understand the needs of people and how to translate those needs into opportunities and/or valued services (i.e. to manage the emotions economy).
