Action Models

Our action model structure serving as the foundation and directive of our choices and decisions, which ultimately determine success.

Action Models are a typical combination of behaviours and actions that we - characteristicallyPertaining to, constituting, or indicating the character or peculiar quality of a person; typical; distinctive. - use and apply to deal with the many up's and down's of everyday life. Action models is in fact our most trusted - often “proven” …even if only taught by - techniques and/or mechanisms that we employ to establish and maintain our self-determination in life and which are directed, shaped, influenced, controlled and steered by our personal prevailing life scripts, sabotage programs, believe system, believe stack and our level of awareness within our energy spiral.

There are millions and billions of action models that we use everyday, some consciously, some sub-consciously and others unconsciously. Some of our action models are primarily physically or bodily focused (e.g. walking, writing, blinking of eye, motor actions, …etc.), others are mentally focused (e.g. categorizing, reading, analyzing, calculations, reasoning, …etc.) and yet others is spiritually focused (e.g. self-worth, self-determination, self-esteem, emotional maturity, …etc.).

Normally the action models that we apply in the physical, mental, conscious and - to a certain extent - in the sub-conscious realms, often do not result in “psychological injuries”, …because, we can easily monitor, evaluate and correct such action models, if and when required or needed. Because these action models are life skills based. The real danger of psyche wounds (e.g. issues, demons and baggage) rears its anxiety|anxiety]], [[terms within our spiritual-unconscious action models, which are coping mechanisms based. In case of the latter, we are - most of the time anyway - not actually aware of, and execute such action models without hesitation via our environmental noise filter. To even attempt identifying and list all our spiritual action models - apart from it being a daunting task - is next to impossible, because our spiritual action models are “hidden” and mainly reflected in the emotions and feelings that we experience and that surface in our life's as our mood and attitude towards…. Apart from the different functional awareness levels of our action models, the energy network of <ttip:integration's>I.e. our body, mind and soul trinity that exists and the multi-facet dynamics that often limit our understanding… action model also are established and maintained by an intriguing operational “feedback” process.

All the action models that we actively deploy in life, originate and source from a particular believe system that construct (via our prevailing believe stack) certain thoughts (i.e. a mind-set & perspective) that give meaning to our emotions or feelings in terms of a particular attitude towards… and it is this attitude that focus and channel our actions that - when applied often enough - may become characteristic behaviors or a habit. The actions that we take and the subsequent “rewards/pleasure” or “punishment/pain” - regardless whether real or perceived - provide us with the necessary feedback that either strengthen, weaken, tweak, change or replace our original believe directive as related to this specific action model.

Thus, in order to replace toxic (i.e. sabotage programs) and/or strengthen nourishing (i.e. life scripts) recurring life patterns (i.e. habits) as directed and maintained by our action models, it is imperative to address and deal with the underlying believe systems fueling actions, else behavioral changes will only be temporary. To gain lasting results, it is of cardinal importance that we deal with our believes, attitudes and habits in synchronicity… and in the context of our body-mind symbiosis.
