Meditation, when individualized, customized and contextualized to suit a particular set of circumstances, is a valuable skill to master for surviving and prospering in the rapid changing emotions economy of modern times. In essence such techniques, practiced at least once a week, will enhance or sharpen one's awareness, attention, living in the present and focusing on the NOW!
