Process results or outcomes (& accompanied skills, abilities and competencies) entails the effectiveness of organizational, institutional, family or learning processes, procedures and/or activities.

Things such as high quality, high productivity, sales volumes, market share, prompt deliveries, relevant services, low costs, minimal waste, maintenance of functional or operational structures, …and so on, are implied with process results and outcomes.

These skills, abilities and competency outcomes are vital to maintain an evolving line of gains or progress and provide an indication of how effective and efficient things get done!

In other words… process results or outcome indicate and measure how EFFECTIVE technical skills are used and applied (i.e WHAT is done!). However, the EFFICIENCY of implemented skills, abilities and competencies is determined by climate results (i.e. HOW its done!).
